All Bookings require a deposit 100% of the Experience being booked.  Cancellations prior to Experience will result in the following: 5 days prior to Experience a refund up to 75%; 2 days prior to Experience a refund up to 50% and Day of Experience will result in a loss of deposit.  Cancellations must be made on the confirmation email, or by emailing or by calling 1-877-710-3211
