The Powwow and Heritage Excursion will interest groups of all ages! Let your Aboriginal guide intrigue you on this eventful day exploring the local Aboriginal culture, customs, and traditions.

Your journey begins as soon as you arrive to Manitoulin Island where your local Aboriginal step-on guide will meet your group and provide an overview of Manitoulin Island's rich native history. Your first stop is at beautiful Bridal Veil Falls, "where the mists rise from the waters" – ample opportunities for photos!

Visit the Ojibwe Cultural Foundation for a welcome ceremony and interpretive tour of this state-of-the-art heritage museum and art gallery. Browse the arts and crafts shop.

Be immersed in a narrated traditional Aboriginal dance & drum presentation where guests are invited to join in on an intertribal dance.
