Bridal Veil Falls Trail
Picturesque Bridal Veil Falls features a picnic area with huge millstones which were once used in the gristmill in Kagawong. Enjoy a relaxing walk along leafy, shaded trails which follow the stream from the base of the falls to Mudge Bay.
Cup and Saucer Hiking Trail
The Cup and Saucer Hiking Trail rewards you with breathtaking views along the Niagara Escarpment. Well-marked trails include the lower trail (2.7 km), the upper trial (5.4 km) and the adventure trail, a 2-km option on the top of the escarpment which takes the avid hiker up and down sturdy ladders, up a natural rock chimney and along narrow ledges for a panoramic view of the North Channel of Lake Huron.
M'Chigeeng Hiking Trail
Spectacular views of the North Channel and the community and powwow grounds of M'Chigeeng First Nation are seen from the bluffs along the M'Chigeeng Hiking Trail. One trail traverses along the bottom of the bluff and the other goes to the very top. The Bear Caves and Fossil Rock Point are two spots of interest.
Nimkee's Hiking Trail
Nimkee's Hiking Trail in Sheshegwaning weaves its way along the northern shoreline of Manitoulin and through hardwood forest and meadows. Named for a long time but reclusive Sheshegwaning resident who loved spending time in the woods, the trail is just over 20 km long and offers an abundance of wildlife and natural splendour to enjoy!
